SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Process
You agree that after our system has processed your order, the products will be carefully inspected to ensure that they are in good condition.
Following a final round of quality inspection, products are packaged and delivered to our dependable delivery partners. Our delivery partners may contact you if they are unable to locate your address or if there is an unforeseen delay.
International Shipping
As of today, we do not take International orders, when designed to accept the same shall be updated here.
Packaging Details
We put our products in cartons that have been secured in film wrap and bubble wrap keeping them safe and leakproof.
Track Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with information on the tracking number and the courier service handling your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after it has been shipped from our warehouse. You understand that the status of your order may take up to 24 hours, or longer, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Tribe Moringa's control.
Delivery Time
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) and delivered within 2-8 business days. You understand that delivery may be delayed depending on the dispatch source, warehouse, and your destination pin code. Once the product has been shipped, you will be notified of the actual estimated delivery date.
However, product delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control or due to logistics, such as national and public holidays, riots, political unrest, natural disasters, and so on.
Due to increased order volumes, dispatches may be delayed if you order our products from a Mega Sale event.
Multiple Order Shipments:
You acknowledge that due to different warehouse locations, a single order containing multiple products may be delivered in multiple shipments.
