RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns Policy: 

 

  • The User has seven days from the date of delivery to return the products.

  • The return will be processed within 10 business days of the request being received.

  • Return requests: Within the above-mentioned period, the user must submit a return request and send us a picture of the packaging and the product (unless such product is missing) to tribemoringa@gmail.com.

  • We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the Product and process the refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

  • Returns are permitted only if:

    • The product delivered does not match the user's order. 

    • The product has expired.

    • The delivered product was faulty.

  • The user must ensure that the product being returned is unused.

  • The user must also keep the product's tags and packaging intact and undamaged.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refunds shall be processed in the mode and manner prescribed below:

 

  • If the product received is damaged. Please share the image of the same to tribemoringa@gmail.com.

  • Ones this is validated by our customer care team, the refund shall be initiated and processed within 10 working days.

  • In case the order is cancelled before the delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund shall be initiated within 3 working days.
