RETURNS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns Policy:

The User has seven days from the date of delivery to return the products.

The return will be processed within 10 business days of the request being received.

Return requests: Within the above-mentioned period, the user must submit a return request and send us a picture of the packaging and the product (unless such product is missing) to tribemoringa@gmail.com.

We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the Product and process the refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Returns are permitted only if:

The product delivered does not match the user's order.

The product has expired.

The delivered product was faulty.

The user must ensure that the product being returned is unused.

The user must also keep the product's tags and packaging intact and undamaged.
Refund Policy:
Refunds shall be processed in the mode and manner prescribed below:

If the product received is damaged. Please share the image of the same to tribemoringa@gmail.com.

Ones this is validated by our customer care team, the refund shall be initiated and processed within 10 working days.

In case the order is cancelled before the delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund shall be initiated within 3 working days.
